The large number of complimentary emails and discussions, including Jai Ho and FINACT  web sites, show that the 10 am to 8 pm Diwali Mela 2011, successfully fulfilled our four main objectives.

 

1.      Community Festival Celebrations

Food stalls served over to 2250 customers. This provides an estimate of the attendance. The large number of non-Indian presence shows publicity, including on TV, was successful. Every stall holder, without exception, was highly satisfied commercially. A number of possible stall holders expressed repentance for not holding a stall and promised to definitely hold stalls in Diwali Mela 2012
